About Nicole
I am a Hospitality graduate, I am passionate about and the joy it brings to people. I have been the kitchen ever since I could choose out my favourite dishes.
When progressing to grade 10 I chose a subject called Consumer Studies, for 3 years. The subject taught you about food and also dietery guidlines. I completed matric and went to study further into the Hospitality industry and studied 3 years , as well as my internship. I have work experience not only as being a chef within the hospitality industry but as a waitress and receptionist as well. I am currently running my own small menued takeaways from home.
I found a passion in food because, there is lots of new things to learn and you will continue learning, literally every day. It is also my ultimate goal to open my own soup kitchen in my community to give back to those in need. Currently I am supporting other soup kitchens around in my community.

Hi, all food lovers.
Welcome to my world, the world of passion for food. Where we create our own dishes to our own likings. If you are as much of a foodie as i am we are going to have so much fun, learning about different food , why they go so well together and also what might not work for your dish or desserts.
Lessons will be based on theory but mostly practical. You may choose your hours to how much fun you would like to have. classes will all be in English and be ready to learn more, develop more skills and also learn more about South African dishes.
I am so excited for us to start picking our ingredients. We will be mashing, blending, boiling, roasting, baking, dicing and slicing together.
Bringing love and light from my kitchen to yours.

Details
Rating is charged, due to ingredients that need to be bought. I believe that R100 an hour is a bonus as ingredients are very pricey, but I enjoy what I am doing.
Discounts will be given on specific lessons only, e.g theory lessons.
