I will teach the basics of the Professional Traditional Indian cooking, with the recipes of Gravies, Sauces,etc.
Will also help in food pairing and presentation.
Will be taking classes theoretically as well as practically.
I am very keen to tell people how should a Indian meal should be prepared and will also help you as well.
Classes can be taken by anyone who wish to cook, a student, a Hotel management students as well as the Home Cooks.
