About Sunny
Hello everyone, my name is Sunny. I am passionate about health, fitness, and helping people live a better lifestyle. I completed my 12th from CBSE and I am currently pursuing BPES (Bachelor of Physical Education and Sports).
My studies help me understand how the human body works, how movement improves health, and how proper exercise and yoga can make the body stronger and the mind calmer. Because of this, I focus on teaching yoga in a simple, safe, and effective way that anyone can practice.
My goal is to help my students improve their flexibility, strength, and mental peace through regular yoga practice. I believe yoga is not just exercise—it is a way to create balance in life and build long-term health.

Why My Yoga Classes Are Different
Most yoga classes only focus on doing poses, but my classes focus on understanding the body and practicing yoga in the right way. My method combines simple yoga techniques with scientific understanding of the body, so students not only perform the poses but also understand why they are doing them.
In my classes, every student receives personal attention. I focus on correct posture, breathing techniques, and gradual progress so that beginners feel comfortable and safe. Instead of rushing through many poses, I teach step-by-step so that your body becomes stronger, more flexible, and more balanced over time.
I also include relaxation techniques and simple meditation to help reduce stress, improve concentration, and create mental calmness. My goal is not just to teach yoga exercises but to help students build a healthy lifestyle that they can continue for life.
