About Nathalie
I am a certified personal and group coach. I got my certification for my passion for sports in 2014 in Germany. Since then I am working as a personal or group coach. I started as a group coach and staff in my old job "Siemens AG" and in the gym.

My focus is on functional training, preferably outdoors. I adapt to the needs of the client since each one has other areas of opportunity. The most important thing for me is that the client is well, enjoys and sees certain successes after a few weeks. I also create a meal plan for my clients.

Perfect! Nathalie es Súper puntual, gran motivadora, me ha enseñado no solo a ejercitarme sino a comer mejor. Me impresionó mucho su dedicación me entrevistó la primera vez para saber de mí y realmente pone muchísimo interés en mi como persona. En solo 3 semanas he sentido una mejora en mi cuerpo, energía y forma de comer.
