About Sharon
Hello, I'm Sharon, a certified 200-hour Hatha Yoga teacher based in the UK. I completed my teacher training in Bali in 2019 and have been teaching ever since.
Before becoming a yoga teacher, I worked in finance, so I understand first-hand how long hours at a desk can affect posture, mobility and the way our bodies feel. This inspired me to help people move with greater ease, improve their posture and build confidence through personalised yoga sessions.
I believe yoga should be accessible to everyone, regardless of age, flexibility or experience. My lessons focus on alignment, mobility and mindful movement, with every session tailored to your individual goals and ability.
Seeing my students become stronger, more mobile and more confident through consistent practice is what inspires me to teach. My aim is to create a welcoming and supportive environment where you can enjoy the journey as much as the results.

Using Hatha Yoga, mindful movement and alignment-focused techniques, I create supportive sessions suitable for beginners and all experience levels.
Classes are taught online at a pace that feels comfortable, helping you build confidence and develop healthy movement habits that fit into everyday life.
