About Manoj
I'm a full time aspiring Mr India candidate and also won several state championships. I also have abundant insights on how to train people by combining both yoga and personal fitness through my fitness programs. I have been curating this for the last couple of years by learning and experimenting on myself before teaching it to others. On this journey to fitness, I want to inspire and take everyone with me to the world of fitness.
