I hold a Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering from Texas Tech University and have strong experience teaching and mentoring students in STEM-related subjects. My teaching journey reached its pinnacle as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at Texas Tech, where I helped students understand how theory translates into real-world engineering systems. Beyond the university, I have been deeply involved in STEM outreach and education initiatives. I have taught robotics as part of STEM-for-girls programs supported by the Higherlife Foundation, aiming to inspire young girls to pursue careers in science and technology. I also played a key role in founding an educational program at the national space agency, where I developed and led hands-on training for university students in engineering design and additive manufacturing. This program focused on equipping students with practical skills in 3D modeling and prototyping using real-world space applications. One of the most impactful initiatives I led was during World Space Week, where I created and delivered outreach programs introducing space technology to remote and underserved schools, including those for visually impaired students. These sessions were designed to be interactive and inclusive, using tactile models and storytelling to make STEM accessible to all learners. My teaching methodology is centered on clarity, relevance, and student engagement. I believe students learn best when they understand the "why" behind a concept, so I focus on real-life applications of math and engineering to make abstract topics more meaningful. I adapt my teaching style to each student’s pace and learning needs, using tools like visual aids, interactive examples, and problem-solving techniques that build both skill and confidence. I am also skilled in using software tools such as MATLAB, SolidWorks, Excel, and various data analysis platforms, which I integrate into lessons where appropriate. My expertise covers areas such as algebra, calculus, physics, data analysis, engineering design, and systems optimization.
