I have been training for exotic pole dance for over 2 years now. We met in a workshop back in 2022, where I was impressed by her skills and her sweet but professional attitude! I was not confident enough back then, but now thanks to Francis I'm able to embrace this art much better. Her classes didn't only involve working out and learning new trick/figures, it also involved a lot of trust and motivation work. She always cheers me up and boosts my self esteem, i consider that's one of her best qualities. I was stiff as the pole, thanks to her, now I'm not only stronger than I've been and I have notoriously improved my dance, my body strength and figure, but also I feel more confident and sexy when I dance. Although most of our classes have been online, she takes the time to teach you from the most simple movements and figures, so anyone can teach if you are willing to learn from her. I have to say that with time, i don't see her anymore as a trainer, she has became my friend who I look forward to learn from and have fun at the same time every class! 1000000000/10 recommended!!
