The sessions can be done in person or online via Skype. First an analysis of the coachee's objectives is made. If it has objectives, we will analyze, validate and create an action plan to achieve the objective. If it does not have a specific goal, then we will work on this theme to discover and define its main or temporary goal. I use a flexible framework of tools to work with each coachee according to their speed and goals, so each process is unique. I will adapt all the tools as coachee develops. After the first session, the coachee will define when it will be next, the frequency and the desired follow-up and support period.
