About Irina
I am the creator of the Green Yoga project in Lisbon. (concealed information)
Graduated in Yoga at the Integral Yoga Association of Portugal.
I studied various styles of Yoga: Hatha Yoga, Integral Yoga, Artistic Yoga, Dynamic Yoga, Yoga Therapy, Zen Yoga, Yoga for various communities (children, pregnant and elderly), Swara Yoga, Astanga Yoga, Iyengar Method, Bhakti Yoga etc.
Since 2010 I have been teaching Yoga in various social contexts in Portugal and abroad. I give yoga classes for adults, children and the elderly.
I took the Ayurveda Course under the guidance of Dr. Oleg Torsunov. I gave several Ayurveda and Yoga workshops.
I organize Yoga Retreats.
I would like to share knowledge about Yoga and Ayurveda with everyone so that there are more happy and healthy people!

My classes are aimed at people of all ages and physical conditions, being tailored to the specific needs of each practitioner.
Each class is a synthesis of various methods and styles of yoga, which includes exercises of breathing (pranayama), postures (asana) and relaxation (sama yoga).
I believe that yoga is an excellent instrument of self-healing!
