About EYA

Welcome to my Superprof profile! :) My name is Eya, and I am passionate about teaching English. As a current student myself, I understand the challenges and excitement of learning a new language. I hold a degree in Industrial Engineering, and spent a year in the USA as an exchange student with a minor in mass commuincations, which enriched my understanding of the language and culture.

I believe in personalized, interactive lessons that make learning engaging and effective. My approach ensures that each session is tailored to your needs, helping you achieve your language goals, whether you're a student preparing for exams, a professional enhancing your business English, or someone looking to improve fluency at any level.

Thank you for considering me as your tutor. I look forward to helping you succeed!

My Approach as an English Tutor : :)

My teaching method is student-centered, focusing on interactive and engaging techniques to ensure comprehension and retention. I employ a blend of traditional and modern teaching methods, such as:

* Interactive Lessons: Using conversation practice, role-playing, and interactive exercises to enhance speaking and listening skills.

* Customized Learning Plans: Tailoring lessons based on individual student needs, strengths, and areas for improvement.

* Multimedia Resources: Incorporating videos, music, and online resources to make lessons more dynamic and interesting.

* Grammar and Vocabulary Integration: Systematically integrating grammar and vocabulary into each lesson to build a solid foundation.

A Typical Lesson Plan

1. Warm-up (5-10 minutes): Brief conversation to practice speaking and review previous lessons.

2. Introduction of New Material (15-20 minutes): Presenting new vocabulary, grammar, or concepts using multimedia resources.

3. Practice Activities (20-25 minutes): Engaging students in exercises, such as role-plays, writing assignments, or listening tasks, to reinforce new material.

4. Review and Feedback (10-15 minutes): Reviewing the lesson, addressing any questions, and providing constructive feedback.

5. Homework Assignment: Assigning relevant tasks to practice outside of the lesson and prepare for the next session.

What Sets Me Apart as a Tutor

* Personalized Attention: I take the time to understand each student's unique learning style and goals, customizing lessons accordingly.

* Interactive and Engaging Methods: My use of interactive techniques keeps students motivated and actively involved in the learning process.

* Cultural Sensitivity: Having worked with students from diverse backgrounds, I incorporate cultural understanding into my teaching, making the lessons more relevant and relatable.

* Continuous Support: I offer ongoing support and encouragement, helping students build confidence and achieve their language learning goals.
