About Maria
I am an opera singer, originally from Russia, with a Master's degree from The Royal College of Music. Over the course of my career, I have worked as a soloist with many opera houses including The Royal Opera House, Frankfurt Opera House, Teatro Comunale di Bologna, Opera de Tenerife and others. I have always had a great passion for teaching so, naturally, I started teaching during the pandemic. I have recently had a few students finishing their studies or moving abroad, so there are a few spots available now.

Going through a number of singing teachers as a young singer myself, I have learnt the importance of individual approach. I carefully take into consideration the age, physique and health of each student, catering to these unique characteristics. I am also bilingual and teach both in English and in Russian.

My daughter is currently taking lessons with Maria. It's been only two so far but my daughter's confidence has seemed to blossom.
I studied with Maria for two months as a preparation for my audition. She was very helpful both a singing teacher and a stagecraft coach!
