About Mallika
I am a Yoga Alliance certified yoga and meditation teacher. I have been teaching for 9+years. I am also an actor, improv comedian as well as a business administration graduate with a marketing specialization. I believe in imparting the right knowledge so one may be able to feel relaxed at will during testing and anxiety inducing situations in life. We will also cover a few yoga asanas, breathwork and the art of using breath as a tool for relaxation. Apart from that sessions cover meditation techniques and physical postures helping you create your own morning routine for you to follow daily.

I will be taking students through basic meditation techniques, breathwork, stress management, yog asana, basic nutrition, conscious relaxtation. The class structure will be tailer made to student requirements. The class would be perfect for people exploring meditation and relaxation techniques and wanting to understand and practice them on a daily basis moving forward. I ensure personal attention is given to each student and that they leave having met their goals.
