About Renita
Hi everyone,
My name is Renita. I’m an experienced recruiter across Australia and New Zealand, and for the past 11 years I’ve partnered with businesses to find the right talent. That means I know what hiring managers are really looking for and what makes a candidate stand out.
Over the years, I’ve seen talented people miss out on roles simply because they didn’t present themselves as strongly as others during the interview process. While I know the best “talkers” aren’t always the best people for the job, interviews are still one of the main ways a business assesses your skills, your communication style, and whether you’ll be the right fit for the team.
If interviews make you nervous, you struggle to structure your answers, or you’re not sure how to sell yourself confidently, I can help. Whether you’re a graduate, an experienced professional, or someone who has recently relocated from another country, I’ll tailor the coaching to your situation so you feel prepared, confident, and ready to secure the role you want.

Perfect! Renita was very helpful when helping me prepare for my interviews, the questions I went through were similar and she gave very helpful tips on what to say prior to the interview. Practicing with her made the nerves go away and made me confident going into the interview. I highly recommend Renita to anyone trying to improve their interview skills and secure that job.

Renita was great to work with and really knows her stuff. She picked up on what I needed to improve straight away and gave me practical feedback I could actually use, not just generic tips. I felt more confident after our sessions, I’d recommend her if you’re prepping for interviews.
