Music Production is not magic. It's all about drawing from the fundamentals. In most ways, modern "music production" is really a digital emulation of the tried-and-true analog methods that've worked since...I guess since the Beatles!!
Learn to "doodle." Learn how to build the basic ingredients to get yourself moving and feeling into your OWN musical aesthetic and identity. Ask the big, philosophical questions later.
Music Production, Ableton, and really any DAW can be exceptionally intimidating. After a while, you can realize it was smackingly straightforward the whole time. There are layers, like an onion, and no real instruction manuals.
You have to get in there, like mud--I think I can show you how. First, forget the desire to be perfect. Don't worry about ADSR. Learn how to design and build from the foundations, make some tracks, and layer things on. Fill the gaps in knowledge over time.
I look forward to showing you a bit of this creative mindset, and everything you need to know technically to make highly proficient, Industry Standard tracks. I'm doubly published musician, Spotify and streaming platforms everywhere. Lean into what makes YOU unique as an artist, and the rest will follow!!
