• When did you develop an interest in your chosen field and in private tutoring?

  I've always enjoyed helping and mentoring my friends in achieving their ambitions. I soon realised I had a bit of a knack for pushing my students to achieve their goals, and that I loved doing it! I've always been really passionate about Finance and FinTech as far as I can remember.

• Tell us more about the subject you teach, the topics you like to discuss with students (and possibly those you like a little less).

  I specialize in two areas in specific, Career Coaching generally and Finance / Consulting. Within both of these areas I discuss ways to accelerate career progression, job transitions, and overall development. And within the latter bucket, I specialize in how to get the job of your dreams and the skills required for the transition into Investment Banking / MBB / etc.

• Did you have any role models; a teacher that inspired you?

  Absolutely! My biggest role model is Chuck Feeney, the founder of Duty Free Shoppers and General Atlantic. Im inspired because I love GA's investing style, and secondly Chuck is an extra ordinary philanthropist who has given away everything he's made.

• What do you think are the qualities required to be a good tutor?

  Being attentive, focused, and catering your teaching to the learning style of your student

• Provide a valuable anecdote related to your subject or your days at school.

  I have mentored many ambitious young professionals throughout my years, and have helped place people at the worlds most elite institutions, and would love to help that dream come true for any potential student too!

• What were the difficulties or challenges you faced or still facing in your subject?

  Career progression and development is an ongoing task, Its always going to have its challenges, but you need to keep moving forward to have any progress.

• Do you have a particular passion?

  I love learning about FinTech, I think its an extremely dynamic field with so much happening, so I love reading tons and investing more in the area, if you have a cool story or start-up feel free to reach out!
