About Leigh
After 8 years as the Director of Operations at a successful Nutraceutical E-commerce and Manufacturing firm,I realized that I had a greater purpose for truly helping people improve their health and overall quality of life. Recently completing certifications in both Nutrition and Personal Training, I am dedicated to providing a coaching experience that allows you to maintain and improve your life through proper nutrition and movement, while instilling habits and goals that are attainable for everyone from the seasoned athlete, to those just beginning their health and wellness journey.
