About Karlita
With over 18 years of experience living in a bilingual community, I bring both academic expertise and cultural understanding to my Spanish instruction. I hold bachelor’s degrees in Psychology and Multidisciplinary Studies from UTEP and am currently pursuing a Master’s in Education. I'm also enrolled in an Alternative Certification Program to become a certified Spanish teacher in Texas. As a tutor, I’m committed to creating a supportive and engaging learning environment where students feel confident to communicate and grow. My lessons are ideal for high school or college students, heritage speakers, and adult learners preparing for certification or improving professional Spanish.
