I’ve spent years studying and using Japanese, including living in Japan, so let me help you get comfortable with the language without making it unnecessarily complicated!

Novy is my friend from uni. Empathetic and a great teacher.

I started learning with Novy mainly because I love anime and I want to travel to Japan so the lessons have been really useful! We learn normal everyday phrases too not just grammar from the textbook. She is also very easy to talk to. The best teacher to start learning Japanese!

I’d recommend Novy’s Japanese lessons if you’ve studied Japanese before and just want to get back into it. I had learned some Japanese in the past but forgot quite a lot, and the lessons have been really helpful for refreshing grammar, vocabulary and everyday expressions. I like that you can go over things you already know without it feeling like you’re starting completely from zero. The lessons are relaxed and you can ask about anything you’ve forgotten, so it’s been a nice way to get my Japanese back again!

Been learning Japanese with Novy and it’s actually been really fun She explains things in a simple way and we get to practise speaking too, which I needed because I’m always scared of making mistakes

Highly recommend Novy’s Japanese course! She’s patient, explains things well, and gives you plenty of opportunities to practise.

Learning with Novy was really fun and easy. I wanted to learn a bit of Japanese before going to my Japan trip next year. So far the lessons has been really helpful and a great start for me who’s a beginner at Japanese. Highly recommended.
