About Sam
My name is Sam, I studied at the University of London (SOAS) and Keio University (Tokyo). I am currently living with my partner who is Japanese and have been using Japanese every day for the past 8 years.
I have been studying for 16 years. I teach all ages, and have been tutoring for 9 years.

I remove the mystery of learning Japanese by providing a specific structure to my students. It is very easy to get lost, or really know where you are when learning Japanese.
By using textbooks, the JLPT structure and my own personal experiences and lessons I guide my students to where they want to be with their Japanese ability.

I've been having Japanese lessons with Sam for over a year now, fitting them in around my full time job. Sam has kept the lessons structured but with a relaxed pace which has allowed me to keep on steadily progressing.
