Shivani holds a degree in B. Pharmacy and has four years of marketing experience in Chandigarh, Delhi, Bhopal, and Indore. Her journey into yoga began as a personal quest for holistic well-being, leading her to train with distinguished teachers in Mysore, Rishikesh, Himachal, Delhi, and Mumbai.
Shivani’s extensive training includes:
• Traditional Hatha Yoga: Rooted in ancient practices, focusing on alignment, breath control, and mindfulness.
• Medical Yoga Therapy and Counseling: Tailored yoga practices for healing and therapeutic benefits.
• Vinyasa Yoga: A dynamic and flowing style of yoga that links movement with breath.
• Yin Yoga: A slow-paced style targeting deep connective tissues and promoting relaxation.
• Ayurveda and Panchakarma: Comprehensive understanding and practice under expert guidance, integrating Ayurvedic principles into yoga.
Overcoming PCOD through Yoga

Teaching in Udaipur and Beyond
Currently based in Udaipur, Shivani has been teaching there for the past six months. She offers:
