About Rishu
My name is Rishu and while I was in school, I developed an inclination towards Yoga and started participating in various competitions which including Yoga dance also known as Rhythmic and artistic yoga. Gradually, my stage for yoga broadened which led to many International and National competitions. 2011 and 2012 were years where I got the opportunity to represent India on an international level and won 3 Gold medals in the Asian yoga Championship and qualified for World Yoga Championship. I was also a part of my school volleyball team and participated in many inter-school volleyball championships. My active participation in sports and other curricular activities led to becoming School House Captain and Student leader of the class. I wanted to explore the field of yoga more deeply. Although I had practical experience I lacked theoretical knowledge. So, I pursued M.Sc. in Yoga Therapy from S-Vyasa University, Bangalore.

I provide my students with a comprehensive and approachable sequence of postures. Design a safe and nurturing space for clients to participate, also evaluate exercises perform, and recommend posture correction whenever required. Focusing on breathing and flexibility of body and mind is my main focus.
