About Kaivalya
Hi! I’m Kaivalya – an AI Engineer at DevRev by profession, and a lifelong learner at heart. While my day job revolves around cutting-edge technology and problem-solving, I’ve always had a deep passion for movement, rhythm, and play. I’m a bit of a math geek, and that love for patterns naturally led me to juggling during my time at IIT Delhi. What began as a hobby with three tennis balls has now evolved into a decade-long journey into the world of flow arts, including rings, clubs, and contact juggling. Recently I visited EJC, 24 in Portugal, which hosted 4000 jugglers all over the world. I was the only Indian in the convention then. While I love the art, I am more than happy to share my experience with everyone. Outside of work, I’m also an avid dancer and sports enthusiast – whether it’s on the football field, the badminton court, or just finding new ways to move and express myself. I bring a blend of technical discipline and creative energy to my teaching style. My aim is to help you build focus, coordination, and confidence – all while having fun and discovering the meditative joy of juggling. Let’s learn, move, and grow together!

Unlock the rhythm of motion with a unique juggling and flow arts class led by an IIT Delhi graduate! Whether you're a beginner curious about tossing your first three balls, or someone looking to master juggling – this course is designed to guide you through the art and discipline of juggling from the ground up.
I discovered juggling during my time at IIT Delhi, and what began as a hostel hobby soon turned into a deep, meditative passion. With years of self-driven practice and community performances, I now bring that same joy and clarity to learners who want to explore coordination, rhythm, and mindfulness through movement.
What you’ll learn:
Juggling basics.
Flow techniques and transitions
Improving focus, balance, and hand-eye coordination
Unlocking the "flow state" through motion
Performance tips and prop control
Whether you're aiming to perform, de-stress, or just try something refreshingly new, come juggle your way into focus and fun.
Open to all ages. No experience needed. Online and offline options available.
