About Joseph
I'm a junior Biochemistry major from Texas at Baylor. I'm on the pre-medicine track on my way to becoming an MD/DO physician (wish me luck on the MCAT!!) I have done research in organic synthesis and catalysis (making molecules :) and am looking forward to conducting more organic research or pure mathematical research in the upcoming year/semesters. I love Organic Chemistry, Calculus, Inorganic/General Chemistry, and so many other courses I've taken at Baylor; I fell in love with Chemistry my freshman year and have been romanticizing learning it ever since. Oh yeah, I'm also bilingual (Spanish) so please, please, please let me know if you ever need help with those seemingly "blow-off" Spanish/2nd language courses!

As your tutor, I will first need to know what your course consists of, so, first, I'll ask for your syllabus just to know what you'll have to learn going forward. Then, we'll dive right in to whatever topic(s) you tell me you need help with the most; through this, I will have a better understanding of where you're at, what you understand most, and what you need to focus/improve on. I will provide you mnemonics, tips, tricks, and "hacks" on how to remember/devise problems in the various classes I tutor. I'm a professional tutor at my university so I'm very well-versed at detailing a plan geared toward one individual's specific needs in a course. I primarily would like to tutor undergraduates, high school students in AP/IB courses, and K-8 students (in math, English, and science).
