About Kate
I’ve been teaching singing, flute and piano lessons for over 10 years now and I can’t imagine a better job! I’ve performed in musical theatre, dance concerts and solos, as well as acoustic vocal gigs too. I just love the stage and love to share my confidence with others too.

I teach mainly using my knowledge of the Estill technique. It’s based on the knowledge that our vocal muscles are just that - muscles that we can strengthen and gain control over, just like any other, to be able to produce the sounds we want. The main thing I focus on in lessons however, is making you comfortable with yourself and your own voice, and gaining the confidence you need to get the most out of yourself.
