About Tiago
As an athlete, I was state champion, but I suffered a serious injury that kept me from competition. After that, I've been able to be the best coach I can be. Thus, being able to prove to as many people as possible that with effort and dedication, everyone is capable.

I use didactic methods, so that students can achieve their goals in the best way possible.
My class is divided into 4 stages.
Warming up: preparing the body for the army and also emphasizing the neuro system -motor.
Technique: at this stage the student performs movements related to the fight, learning some new technique.
Practice: We train using all the skills of the modality, putting into practice the teaching of day, using a gauntlet, pad or training pair (it could be me)
Relax: Moment of relaxation and decrease in heart rate.
I've been a martial arts practitioner for 15 years, being a teacher for 7 years. Because I didn't have the facility or talent that would help in my learning, I created shortcuts that made my learning easier, so today I'm trying to pass them on.

Tiago além de uma qualidade técnica absurda, bem acima da média, ele tem algo único de unir a equipe, sendo um excelente professor e mentor, com uma didática que desde um iniciante que nunca fez qualquer luta, até mesmo um atleta de ponta, conseguem assimilar e absorver o conteúdo. Professor sensacional!
