About Cameron
Studying exercise science and psychology, I have developed an integrative approach to training, combining both physical and mental considerations into performance training.
I have real-world experience in both working with children and athletes, I am familiar with how to best accommodate athletes needs under a variety of situations.

I work with individuals to gear them towards their athletic development. My theory of optimal performance training involves getting to know the athletes attitudes towards sport and training, and use my relationship with them to further drive their successes. Normally, I incorporate athletes favorite drills at every session, combined with drills in areas which they need improvement, to improve athlete motivation, growth, and ability to see progress.
These lessons are for elementary-middle school aged children seeking improvement in softball and basketball. I also do personal training for children and adults, mainly specifying in weightlifting.
