I predominantly approach education from a strength based perspective. I believe that by highlighting another's strengths and using those strengths to expand knowledge is the key to a successful learning experience. I tend to steer away from right-or-wrong methodology and much rather a how-can-we-reach-a-better-solution perspective. Learning should be fun and a cumulative.
