About Ambre
I am currently in my third year of studies at McGill University in Montreal, Canada. I am majoring in business analytics, sustainability, and operations management (all courses are taught in English). I have been living abroad for 5 years now (Canada, United States, Taiwan, and Thailand) and speak/write English and French daily. I am originally from France (graduated from the french international high school) and am currently living in Lyon. Different opportunities have enabled me to promote the French language and culture abroad. I used to give French lessons while living in the United States as well as math lessons in France. Furthermore, I have for the past 6 months given lessons about France (language, culture, and traditions) to students in Taiwan ranging from the ages of 13 to 15 yo.

I do not have a specific methodology but rather adapt to the needs of each student. I consider oral expression and comprehension very useful and valuable which is why I tend to focus on conversing in French. My courses are structured but also organized differently depending on the level of each student as well as its weaknesses/strengths and needs in French. My range of teaching goes from conservation lessons, improving a student's written comprehension and expression level, preparing for tests as well as enriching one's vocabulary.
