About Zain
I am a podiatrist with a passion for maths.
I studied, specialist maths, math methods and general maths in highschool as well as doing calculus as an elective at university.
I have not officially taught students but when i was in high school i did help some of my classmates in and out of class. Also helped some of their younger siblings with maths.

I generally change my approach based of different students. Some require more attention while some prefer to work on their own with some guidance.
So if its a student that requires and wants more attention then i'd basically be constantly asking them question about why they used a certain formula or why did they skip a few steps to make sure they understand the principles behind their actions rather than rote-learning.
On the other hand if it is a student that prefers to work on their own, then i'd explain something and let them do their work while keeping an eye on them and only intervening occasionally to ask similar questions to the other student type mentioned above but no where as often. I was this kind of student so i know from experience that this kind of teaching works best for these students since that's what worked for me. Also with students like these instead of asking what they don't understand its better to ask them how they're going with a certain question that you know they're struggling with, this way they're more likely to accept the help.

If you would like to cancel then you will only have to pay the fee for the hours that have already been used. For example of you pay $150 for 5 hours but want to cancel after 3 hours when you would pay for the 3 hours using the standard $35/h and the rest, $45, would be returned.
