About Starmaris
Great teachers prepare their students for lifelong learning and I aim to aid my students develop intellectual skills through critical to creative thinking. Another goal of mine is to help students find their voice which I am able to do through my experience in negotiation, critical thinking and communication.
My philosophy in teaching is to make students more humane and embedded with knowledge so they can take on the world. As such, I make each training session as interactive as possible because if the curriculum is interactive curriculum, it is more memorable.

The age range of my lessons vary between 3 - 20 years old and the length of the lesson would be dependent on the student's goal and a revised feedback after consideration.
I adopt a unique visual learning strategy for students as it simplifies and effectively facilitates the learning process. I make my teaching environment very creative and adaptive to aid retention.
I take high regard of Maslow’s hierarchy of needs which emphasizes on human motivation as being driven by needs. As such, I ensure that my student’s needs are met in order to increase motivation and productivity. Every student would be made comfortable and important to help them achieve their full potential.
