I enjoy making an impact on a young person's life. Education is important and can open doors for the future. I believe that everyone is entitled to an outstanding learning experience that is tailored to their needs. My previous experience has shown me that every student has the potential to excel in their chosen subjects with a tutor who is willing to work with them.

I am a Law graduate from the University of Nottingham with several years of experience working in education. I have a strong background in both classroom teaching and one-on-one support, including previous work as a 1:1 SEN tutor. My approach is tailored, patient, and focused on building confidence as well as academic skill. I am experienced in teaching any subject up till KS3 and specialise in Maths and English for GCSEs. I tailor my lessons to the individual needs of my students whether it be educational needs or skills to prepare for adult life. I particularly focus on teaching children how to excel within the exam system to achieve good grades. I can employ unconventional teaching methods where necessary.
