About Mr Mush
In my most recent role as a Legal Advisor and Lecturer in Law at Netherlands Maritime University College, I refined my skills in providing thorough legal counsel, drafting and negotiating contracts, and developing and implementing policies. Additionally, I managed litigation and conducted extensive legal research. My experience in delivering lectures and seminars, creating curricula, and mentoring students has enhanced my communication, presentation, and analytical skills, which I believe are highly relevant in a corporate legal setting. These roles have also enriched my understanding of employment law, which is crucial for fostering a fair and productive workplace. I am currently pursuing a Doctor of Law, expected to be completed in September 2024, at Universiti Teknologi MARA, which will further deepen my legal knowledge. I also hold a Master of Law and a Bachelor of Legal Studies (Hons) from the same institution. My certifications as an NCS Certified Trainer, HRDC Certified Trainer, and Ahli Panel Penilai MQA Malaysia reflect my commitment to professional growth and my capacity to contribute to training and quality assurance within an organization.

1. Experience in developing programs and courses at the universities. I am a certified MQA panel for law and social science fields. 2. I gathered valuable experience lecturing at Kolej UNIKOP, City University, Universiti Kuala Lumpur, Netherlands Maritime University College, UCSI University, and UTM Space, focusing on subjects such as business law, commercial law, criminal law, maritime law, and international law for certificates to degree levels. 3. The length of each session can be between 1 hour 30 minutes to 2 hours. 4. Preferable method shall be ONLINE since the recording of each lesson can be recorded and become revision for students.
