About Mary

Hi! I’m a Law student at City St George’s, University of London, and previously studied A-level Business, Law and Psychology. Having studied Business at GCSE and A-level, I’d love to help GCSE students understand the subject and feel more confident tackling exam questions.

My lessons are friendly, encouraging and tailored to what you need most. We can break down tricky concepts, practise calculations or work on structuring clear answers, using real business examples to bring topics to life.

Having recently completed my A-levels, I understand the pressures of revision and finding study methods that work for you. Together, we can build your subject knowledge, strengthen your exam technique and make Business feel more manageable and enjoyable.

About the lesson

My GCSE Business lessons focus on making topics clear, practical and easier to remember. Whether you struggle with calculations and formulae or finding an essay structure that works for you, I’m here to help. We’ll break things down step by step, using real business examples and exam-style questions to build your understanding and confidence.

Lessons typically last one hour and are tailored to your needs. We’ll begin with a short recap, work through a topic you find challenging, and finish with practice questions and feedback. Along the way, we’ll develop your skills in applying knowledge to case studies, analysing information and writing well-supported evaluations. You’re always welcome to ask questions or ask me to explain something differently!

I’m currently studying Law at City St George’s, University of London, and studied Business at both GCSE and A-level, alongside A-level Law and Psychology. Having recently completed these exams myself, I understand the pressures of revision and finding study methods that suit you.

My lessons welcome GCSE Business students of all ages and abilities, whether you’re building your understanding, working through difficult topics or aiming for a higher grade.
