About Elma
I am a graduate lawyer practising in commercial and Intellectual Property Law. I graduated with a Bachelor of Laws degree at the University of Adelaide and have been a tutor for 3+ years, teaching 50+ students. I believe in practical solutions and skills - I typically cut all the historical backgrounds of the law and cut straight to the concepts that are critical for assignments, essays and exams. Being a plate-finalist in the Philip C Jessup Moot in Australia, and finalists in various mooting, negotiation and client interviewing competitions, I am passionate about sharing my advocacy tips to my students and help with navigate their journey at law schools.

- I like breaking down legal concepts in a way that is more practical and digestible (leaving out all the historical concepts and cut straight to the practical application of legal concepts for essays and exams)
