My name is Selena DeLong, When I worked at the High School they called me by my last name. At the elementary, I am Mrs. Selena. Personally, I am a person just like you. When working together towards a goal formalities are not what is important, achieving the goal is. In this case, learning. Having a tutor means the need for extra help. That is how most look at it.
