I am a graduate in nursing and my approach is nutrition metabolism and health I can teach you all the myths that currently exist about nutrition that commonly exist. Likewise I teach you in the scientific method everything that I tell you so that you are yourself who guides you and know to choose what most you eat at the time of eating without sacrificing those desires to eat more and not settle for a salad. For the bodybuilding sector I can also give you nutrition advice and metabolism with a focus on the sport however I only limit myself to fitness and the precious growth of muscle mass.
