About Stephan
Hi there! I’m Stephan — a professional actor, creative director, and all-around theater enthusiast with a passion for storytelling, immersive performance, and helping others discover their voice on stage. With years of experience in acting, improv, immersive theater, and theme park entertainment, I’ve worn many hats (literally and figuratively!). I’ve performed countless roles, directed shows from the ground up, and collaborated with some truly amazing creative teams to bring unforgettable experiences to life. I currently serve as a Creative Director at LEGOLAND Florida, where I lead cross-functional teams to develop new shows, revise scripts, direct performers, and manage productions from concept to curtain call. I also produce content for social media, voice-over projects, trailers, and training materials — all with a focus on creativity, audience connection, and storytelling that sticks. Before that, I spent years performing in theme parks, on stage, and in immersive environments — using my background in improvisation, character work, and visual storytelling to create magical, memorable moments for guests of all ages. I love working with aspiring performers to develop confidence, spontaneity, and stage presence, whether it’s for an audition, a role, or just for fun! I hold a Theater degree from the University of Central Florida, and I specialize in: Acting & Improvisational Acting Improv Comedy & Immersive Theater Theme Park Performance & Character Development Creative Writing, Directing, and Content Creation When I’m not directing or performing, you can probably find me geeking out over TTRPGs, livestreaming games, practicing martial arts, or designing my next cosplay. I’m here to make learning fun, collaborative, and deeply creative. Whether you're brand-new to the stage or looking to sharpen your craft, I’d love to help you grow and thrive as a performer.
