About Derek
I am a teacher and practitioner of yoga, meditation, and qi gong. I am also an author, humanitatiran, and world traveler who has spent much time traveling throughout South America and India. I am also the founder/president of a nonprofit named Compassion Kitchens that works to support soup kitchens for children in Colombia and the author of Human Being Anonymous. I have many certifications in Yoga Therapy, Mindfulness/Meditation, and am a Recovery Specialist.
