About Anchal
We are professional choreographers and dancers who have trained more than 10,000 students in 200+ schools, colleges & corporates. We are experts in organizing stage shows and festivals.
During our journey, we have experienced that for a healthy lifestyle Bhangra, Yoga & Meditation are extremely essential to keep the body & mind in harmony with nature. Bhangra has really helped us personally to maintain fitness, strength & stamina of our body. With the support of yoga & meditation, we are able to grow in our personal life especially at a mental & emotional level. With this vast experience of 20 years we wish to share with participants the joy of living the life by inculcating the art of dance, yoga & meditation.

We teach the traditional folk dances of Punjab which includes Bhangra, Giddha, Jhoomar, Luddi, Sammi etc. which will help you heal your body as well as bring it in a rhythm to enjoy the beats of this energetic dance form.
Our sessions are like a therapy which will help you to be physically, emotionally and mentally fit. The sessions will help you release stress, revive your energy and make you happy.
Other than the normal dance steps, we will also help you to keep your body and mind in balance and we will share some yoga and meditation techniques as a part of dance that will increase your immunity and stamina to perform this vigorous dance form.
The unique session will be conducted by a male and female trainer together which will help you to learn expressions and understand the dance form better in a fun environment. The sessions are suited for beginners as well.
We can communicate fluently in English, Hindi & Punjabi. You can also connect with us for Choreography sessions, Preparation for competitions, family events & Annual events.
We have successfully conducted workshops in India (at Punjab, Mumbai, New Delhi, Haryana, Dehradun, Odisha & Himachal Pradesh) and we have also conducted sessions for students from Japan, Canada, America, Australia, Denmark & New Zealand. Thus, giving us international exposure to engage with multi-lingual audience

Anchal is an excellent dance teacher. Her knowledge of Bhangra and Giddha is immense. She is a great teacher and has also trained blind students and intellectual disabled children.
