About Talha
I am passionate about helping students build confidence in learning Chinese through a friendly, supportive, and interactive approach. I have successfully passed the HSK 2 and HSK 3 Chinese proficiency exams with excellent scores, giving me a strong understanding of the language and the HSK examination format. Whether you're a complete beginner or looking for a fun way to introduce your child to a new language, my lessons are designed to make learning Chinese simple, interactive, and enjoyable.
I have more than five years of experience teaching both kids and adults.
I specialise in teaching:
Kids (ages 7+) through engaging activities, games, flashcards, and conversations that build confidence while making learning fun.
Adult beginners who have little or no previous knowledge of Chinese and want to develop practical communication skills for travel, work, or personal interest.
Lessons are personalised to each student's learning pace and goals. We begin with the fundamentals, including pronunciation (Pinyin), essential vocabulary, everyday conversations, sentence structure, and basic reading skills. Once students are comfortable with these foundations, we gradually introduce writing Chinese characters. As students progress, we move on to more advanced topics while reinforcing previously learned material.
