About Nicole
Hi, Nice to meet you :)
My name is Nikki and I am a lifelong dancer who was professionally trained from the age of 5 to the age of 22.
I'm also a nationally certified Group Fitness Trainer and Nutrition Health Coach through the National Academy of Sports Medicine and am trained to teach all levels and abilities of dance.
In the past I have performed in numerous dance shows, competitions and was a part of several professional dance groups within the United States.
I have won both group and individual awards for various forms of dance in which some I have choreographed myself and others as part of a group.
I have extensive training in ballet, jazz, tap, modern dance, acrobatics, pantomime, hip-hop, lyrical, en pointe, and now, Zumba, which incorporates spicy Latin dance forms, including Merengue, Salsa, Cumbia and Reggaeton.
Despite this rich and varied experience I stopped dancing while pursuing modeling and other interests in 2012, to which I appeared in many popular events, commercial ads, runway shows, and even a few small stints on national television.
Now, at the ripe age of 40, (yes, to some of you millennials I'm now considered to be "old!") I have decided to utilize my strengths and accomplishments in dancing to help others improve their overall fitness, flexibility, nutrition, and mobility.
