I have an MSc in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI) from University College Dublin and a Professional Diploma in UX Design, plus 1+ year of real-world experience creating intuitive digital experiences. Design can feel overwhelming at first. Wireframes, typography, UI patterns… and wait, what’s a heuristic?! Don’t worry, I’ve got you! My lessons are practical, interactive, and beginner-friendly—because the best way to learn design is by actually designing (and making a few terrible layouts along the way).
I follow a simple Learn → Apply → Improve approach:
Learn: I break down design concepts in a way that makes sense, using real examples.
Apply: We work on exercises together, so you can get comfortable using design tools.
Improve: I provide honest, constructive feedback to help you refine your skills.
I also share insights from my experience, tips, and practical workflows so you can start thinking like a pro from day one.
Lesson Format & Duration
Each session lasts 60–90 minutes (but I’m flexible if we need extra time).
100% online—so you can learn from the comfort of your home, in PJs if you want.
️ We’ll use Figma as our primary design tool—no complicated software, just a browser-based, easy-to-learn platform.
Each session is tailored to your pace and goals, and I provide extra resources, project feedback, and real-world tips to keep you progressing.
