About Istvan
I am a dedicated multilanguage teacher who has a genuine passion for transmitting positive vibes and passing his knowledge on to his students. I am also a fan of traveling and spent many years in multinational companies working as a Team Manager. I combine my leadership skills with a deep love for languages and applied linguistics. I teach English, Spanish, Hungarian and Dutch up to C1 level but I could also get you up to speed with French up to B1-B2 level.

I trust in immersive language learning where the student uses the language from day 1 without any intermediary language (unless requested). My approach is to recreate real-life situations via roleplays, to listen and read authentic texts. Audiovisual elements are therefore often incorporated during my lessons. I do prefer teaching grammar in an intuitive fashion instead of making the student memorize conjugation tables. I usually start off with a brief conversation, correct pronunciation and tailor the rest of the time according to the students' needs: imagine you need Hungarian for holidays. I will center the vocab and the roleplays around YOUR desired topics.
