About Roberta
Ciao! My name is Roberta, I’m 34 years old, and I’ve been living in the UK since 2012.
While I truly love living here and feel at home, there is something about Italy that can never be replaced — the language, the culture, the warmth, and the way we express ourselves.
Italian is not just my native language; it’s a part of who I am. Over the years, living abroad has made me realise how deeply I miss my country and how powerful language is in keeping that connection alive. That’s why I decided to teach Italian — to share a piece of Italy with others.
With my background in tourism and business studies in Italy, I understand how important communication is in real-life situations, whether for travel, work, or everyday conversation. I love helping students discover not only the language, but also the Italian mindset, expressions, and culture behind it.
Teaching allows me to combine my passion for Italian with meeting people from different backgrounds. My goal is to help you feel comfortable, confident, and proud when speaking Italian — and to make every lesson feel friendly, motivating, and meaningful.
