About Nour
I’ve always been passionate about staying active and pushing what the body can do. As a certified coach, I’ve spent time training in everything from heavy lifting to gymnastics and Pilates.
Something about teaching feels right, because I love seeing people hit goals they never thought were possible, in fact there’s a portfolio of students’ before-and-after that I brag about from time to time haha
