About Gurdit
I would love to understand what your level of fitness is and will accordingly plan. I keep the sessions a mix of good stretching, cardio, fitness, flexibility, and martial arts to cover all-round fitness. We have some fun sessions every now and then so you have fun along with the intense sessions.

Hello! I hold 16 years of experience as an athlete in Taekwondo and have trained in schools, colleges, fitness hubs, and gyms. I am an International athlete, national gold medalist myself, and have trained students of all ages from 3 years of age to 75+. I am based in India and have been teaching martial arts remotely for a year now. Many of the students are from Canada, US, Singapore, UK so I wanted to explore here. Looking forward to helping you kick start your martial arts/fitness journey.
