About Noor
I’m an ECFMG-certified physician (MBBS 2022) with advanced training in medical imaging analysis. I’ve developed multiple neuroimaging applications including surgical planning tools and have worked extensively with FreeSurfer, FSL, and 3D Slicer for research projects. Currently completing clinical rotations in the US while applying for neurology residency. I teach the process, not just provide results - my goal is that you understand what you’re doing.

If you’re working on a neuroscience thesis, medical research project, or need to analyze MRI/CT data, I can help you learn the process properly. I work with FreeSurfer (brain morphometry), FSL (fMRI/DTI analysis), and 3D Slicer (segmentation, visualization).
This is teaching-focused - I’ll show you how to set up your pipeline, interpret results, and troubleshoot errors. You’ll understand what you’re doing, not just get processed data handed to you.

Format: Virtual sessions where we screen-share and work through your actual data
What to expect: I’ll ask about your research question first, then we map out the appropriate analysis approach. Sessions are hands-on - you’ll be running commands and learning the logic, not watching me work.
