Tout en étant stricte et professionnelle, Nancy sait laisser l'enfant évoluer à son rythme. Toujours à l'écoute, toujours encourageante, elle est juste incroyablement efficace dans l'apprentissage du piano mais aussi dans la confiance qu'elle donne à l'enfant.
