About Deepshikha

I have been practicing meditation from 6+ years and have completed advanced level meditation courses. I can also share additional spiritual practices specific to your concerns as well as recommend you books and institutes you can additionally follow to take your spiritual journey further.

About the lesson

I teach a simple and yet very powerful meditation which I learned from Pranic Healing Foundation. This is a powerful meditation that helps you open up your heart chakra and cleanse your energy body.
Once learned you can easily practice it on your own everyday as it is a guided meditation.
